Training Center Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement product training programs and materials tailored to the needs of SBU leaders and local commercial teams.

• Create and execute training plans for local markets that support sales growth and financial objectives.

• Manage the training budget to fulfill established commitments.

• Develop realistic training plans through meticulous planning, effective time management, and utilizing available training resources.

• Cultivate advanced product knowledge with a focus on Construction and Automotive tools.

• Maintain in-depth expertise in user trades, applications, product selection, safety, competitor analysis, and warranty/service information.

• Revise training materials to adapt to evolving business requirements and support local commercial teams.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of the training offerings to ensure SBD remains competitive.

• Organize and deliver training sessions for both internal staff and dealers, ensuring measurable return on investment (ROI).

• Supervise the daily operations, equipment, safety, and activity monitoring of the training facility.

• Employ face-to-face, digital, and live-stream training techniques for skill enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish and English at a fluent level.

• Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and/or sales training.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the year within Central Europe.
