This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Evaluate and grade academic submissions utilizing structured rubrics and established guidelines.
β’ Deliver clear, constructive, and compliant feedback to students.
β’ Ensure that assessments are in accordance with Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
β’ Keep precise documentation and assessment records.
β’ Collaborate with the program team to guarantee consistency and uphold quality assurance.
β’ Potential to expand responsibilities to include marking practical assessments after approximately six months.
β’ Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 / TAE40116 or equivalent) β Required for compliance.
β’ Candidates with TESDA Trainer/Assessor Certification are welcome (will be considered).
β’ Demonstrated experience in conducting competency-based assessments.
β’ Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
β’ Practical experience with Student Management Systems (SMS).
β’ Strong written English proficiency with the ability to provide thorough academic feedback.
β’ High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
β’ Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
β’ Experience with an Australian organization or Registered Training Organization (RTO).
β’ Familiarity with Australian education compliance standards.
β’ Experience with e-skilled platforms.
β’ Experience with Moodle-based platforms.
β’ Basic understanding of nutrition concepts (formal degree not necessary).
β’ Background in academic grading or training delivery.
β’ 100% remote work from home.
β’ Flexible time management as an independent contractor while aligning with Australian business hours.
