Training & Assessment Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and grade academic submissions utilizing structured rubrics and established guidelines.

• Deliver clear, constructive, and compliant feedback to students.

• Ensure that assessments are in accordance with Australian standards and regulatory requirements.

• Keep precise documentation and assessment records.

• Collaborate with the program team to guarantee consistency and uphold quality assurance.

• Potential to expand responsibilities to include marking practical assessments after approximately six months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 / TAE40116 or equivalent) – Required for compliance.

• Candidates with TESDA Trainer/Assessor Certification are welcome (will be considered).

• Demonstrated experience in conducting competency-based assessments.

• Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Practical experience with Student Management Systems (SMS).

• Strong written English proficiency with the ability to provide thorough academic feedback.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with an Australian organization or Registered Training Organization (RTO).

• Familiarity with Australian education compliance standards.

• Experience with e-skilled platforms.

• Experience with Moodle-based platforms.

• Basic understanding of nutrition concepts (formal degree not necessary).

• Background in academic grading or training delivery.
