Training and Experimentation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a Department of Defense client in CBRN and Force Protection missions and associated client sets.

• Create training design and development initiatives.

• Plan and carry out experimentation activities.

• Integrate product support components into the program’s DevSecOps process, pipeline, and capabilities.

• Apply Department of Defense Instruction related to Product Support and Acquisition processes to the client’s program.

• Design and implement training analyses, plans, designs, and activities.

• Create curriculum and technical media.

• Draft and review operator manuals, technical bulletins, and other relevant documentation.

• Provide support for experimentation, testing, and evaluation events.

• Schedule, monitor, and report on meetings and briefings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events.

• Engage in and support the execution of events.

• Deconstruct and analyze requirements for program design and engineering activities.

• Advise on and contribute to cloud delivery planning and strategy activities for CBRN software systems.

• Lead the facilitation of meetings, tabletop exercises, demonstrations, and other events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active SECRET level clearance is required.

• 15–20 years of pertinent experience in supporting CBRN and/or logistics mission areas.

• Proven experience in training warfighters on CBRN software systems.

• Familiarity with the experimentation of CBRN software systems.

• Solid understanding of logistics and product support components.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Exceptional writing skills.

• Strong critical thinking and clear communication capabilities.

• Ability to solve problems and collaborate effectively within a team in a dynamic environment.
