Training and Education Manager, Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Implement technical, clinical, and skills training focused on sales, system integration, and customer support for Robotics.

• Create and launch training programs for new hires and Robotics business initiatives.

• Collaborate with local field management to enhance ongoing sales team development.

• Identify skill and knowledge deficiencies based on specific roles and responsibilities.

• Work with regional stakeholders to determine training requirements.

• Design and develop training courses in conjunction with Global and Regional departments to align with organizational objectives.

• Utilize 80% standardization and 20% customization when necessary.

• Deliver clinical and technical training content through Blended, Synchronous, and Asynchronous learning methods.

• Assess training effectiveness via evaluations, surveys, and feedback.

• Establish mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.

• Promote cross-departmental training collaboration and ongoing improvement.

• Report to the Western European Surgical Sales Training team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a successful 5 years of combined experience in two or more areas: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (such as nursing), training delivery, or other relevant fields.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Genuine passion for training and development.

• Dedication to teamwork.

• Comprehensive understanding of effective field sales and support organizational structures, processes, and cultures.

• Knowledge of Operating Room environments, preferably with Robotic experience.

• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

• Experience working in multicultural organizations, particularly with diverse learning and thinking styles.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization.

• Established record of individual and team achievements.

• Experience in project management or project leadership.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Proficiency in a European language is desirable.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

• Occasional international travel may be required.
