This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement a training strategy to facilitate the transition to Salesforce.
• Execute learning needs assessments and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
• Create curricula tailored to specific roles, learning journeys, and adoption plans.
• Ensure training activities are synchronized with project milestones and deployment timelines.
• Produce instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials, job aids, and process documentation.
• Convert future-state processes into engaging and effective training content.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and provide support resources.
• Ensure that training materials stay aligned with changing business and system requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for Claims employees, leaders, and support teams.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
• Assist learners throughout the training lifecycle and offer coaching during transition phases.
• Modify delivery methods based on learner feedback and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Business Readiness teams to evaluate organizational preparedness.
• Aid in UAT, pilot, and deployment efforts by identifying learning gaps and adoption risks.
• Track training effectiveness and user adoption metrics.
• Formulate reinforcement strategies to bolster learning and encourage long-term behavior change.
• Collaborate with Claims Operations leaders, SMEs, Salesforce product teams, project managers, and transformation leaders.
• Provide consistent updates on training readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Engage in project planning, sprint reviews, design walkthroughs, and release readiness activities.
• Assist cross-functional teams in preparing for go-live and ensuring post-implementation stabilization.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for large-scale business or technological transformation projects.
• Background in supporting system implementations, process transformations, or digital modernization initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult learning skills.
• Experience in developing training content and learning materials for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and influence adoption results.
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in supporting Salesforce implementations or CRM transformations is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance, claims, financial services, or highly regulated sectors is a plus.
• Understanding of change management and business readiness methodologies is favored.
• Knowledge of Insurance & Investment Claims processes is an asset.
• Experience in Agile project environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital adoption tools is advantageous.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is beneficial; for candidates in Québec, proficiency in both languages is required to assist clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
