Trainer Specialist, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live, in-person, and virtual onboarding and product training sessions for customers, partners, and resellers throughout the APAC region.

• Provide practical training customized for end users, administrators, partners, and resellers.

• Assist customers during their learning journey to enhance product confidence, adoption, and achieve successful outcomes.

• Create training materials and self-service resources, including user manuals, videos, e-learning modules, and quick-reference guides.

• Customize learning materials for various audiences, roles, and levels of product familiarity.

• Modify training content and delivery methods to accommodate cultural, regional, and linguistic differences across APAC markets.

• Formulate training plans and present content for new features, product launches, and go-live timelines.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through certification completions, customer feedback, support ticket trends, and metrics on product adoption.

• Maintain and refresh courses within the learning management system.

• Educate Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams on product updates and best practices.

• Identify training obstacles, knowledge gaps, and content requirements, and communicate feedback to the Product and Enablement teams.

• Create and deliver train-the-trainer programs and certify trainers from partner and reseller organizations where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in training, enablement, customer education, instructional design, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering both live and virtual training, as well as self-paced e-learning content.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simplified manner for non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable engaging with diverse cultures and customer environments across various APAC time zones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

• Knowledge of content creation tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Loom.

• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to APAC markets is considered a plus.

• Experience in delivering training for technical or workflow-based SaaS products is preferable.

• Background in working with partners or resellers in a train-the-trainer role is advantageous.

• Familiarity with land management, stakeholder engagement, right-of-way, or utility industry software and workflows is a plus.
