Coupa Trainer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and continuously enhance Coupa training initiatives for end users, procurement teams, approvers, and other relevant parties.

• Provide instructor-led and virtual Coupa training sessions in both German and English.

• Design and update training materials, user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, and e-learning resources.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and conduct refresher training programs.

• Perform needs assessments to identify learning requirements.

• Offer post-training support and coaching for participants.

• Work collaboratively with Procurement, IT, and Coupa support teams.

• Assist in preparing for new Coupa features and communicate updates effectively.

• Monitor and report on training completion rates, participation, and effectiveness metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, procurement operations, or Coupa-related roles.

• Proficiency in both German and English (both written and spoken).

• Capability to deliver training sessions and produce documentation in both languages.
