Trainer for Building Life Cycle Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Assist course participants in enhancing their skills

• Implement a range of teaching strategies

• Develop and prepare educational materials that align with the curriculum

• Carry out Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for both residential and non-residential structures

• Present case studies derived from projects, training experiences, or reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering

• Several years of professional experience in building assessments consistent with QNG and within the Climate-Friendly New Construction initiative

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer

• Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings is preferred

• Certified energy efficiency expert

• Fluent in German, the medium of instruction (C2 level)

• Preliminary experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies

• Strong methodological and instructional skills for delivering educational content

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, exhibiting a high level of personal accountability
