Trainer for Smart Buildings and BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer a thorough overview of BIM principles, terminology, and applications throughout the complete building life cycle.

• Employ diverse teaching methods, particularly practical case studies and collaborative group work.

• Clarify Levels of Development (LOD), data quality standards, and information flows.

• Create and develop curriculum-based instructional materials for learning.

• Conduct assessments to gauge competency.

• Assist in participants' skills enhancement and professional integration.

• Serve as a knowledge provider and learning facilitator as part of Learning 4.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, real estate management, or a related field.

• Strong practical experience and methodological expertise in BIM.

• Familiarity with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications throughout various life-cycle phases.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies.

• A pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.

• Independent, organized work approach with a high degree of personal responsibility.

• Proficiency in the language of instruction, German (C2 level).
