Coupa Trainer, German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide instructor-led and virtual training on Coupa in both German and English.

• Create and update training materials, user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, and e-learning content.

• Assist with the onboarding of new hires and refresh training courses.

• Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and gaps.

• Offer post-training support and coaching sessions.

• Work collaboratively with Procurement, IT, and Coupa support teams.

• Aid in release readiness and communication regarding new Coupa features.

• Monitor training completion, participation, and effectiveness metrics.

• Design, deliver, and enhance Coupa training programs for end users, procurement teams, approvers, and other stakeholders.

• Promote the adoption of Coupa procurement processes and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, procurement operations, or Coupa-related roles.

• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Capable of delivering training sessions and developing documentation in both languages.
