Trainer for Building Life Cycle Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize various teaching strategies to create and deliver engaging lessons

• Develop and prepare curriculum-aligned educational materials

• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCA) for both residential and non-residential buildings

• Share case studies derived from projects, training experiences, or reports in the domain of sustainable and energy-efficient construction

• Assist participants in enhancing their skills and integrating professionally

• Teach as both a subject-matter expert and a facilitator of learning

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering (TGA)

• Multiple years of professional experience in building assessments in line with QNG and the Climate-Friendly New Construction program

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing life cycle assessments with Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer

• Additional certification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings

• Acknowledgment as an energy-efficiency expert

• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or the presentation of case studies

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for effective communication of educational content

• A self-directed, organized work style combined with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent command of the instructional language, German (C2 level)
