Trainer – Pharmacy Staff, PTA Field Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of pharmacies within the designated territory independently.

• Continuously grow the pharmacy network.

• Facilitate on-site training sessions focused on OTC products and medications.

• Enhance the advisory skills of pharmacy staff by sharing valuable knowledge.

• Offer practical solutions to boost sales at the point of sale (POS).

• Assist pharmacy partners in planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns.

• Employ innovative learning techniques and tools during training sessions.

• Arrange appointments autonomously.

• Independently plan travel routes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTA).

• Several years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.

• Eagerness to continuously enhance knowledge of medications and medical products.

• An open, communicative, and self-assured personality.

• Capability to convey information and clarify complex relationships in a clear and understandable manner.

• Ability to independently organize and structure work tasks.
