Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create scalable, engaging, adaptive, and AI-integrated learning experiences tailored for enterprise software users.

• Develop training programs utilizing SAM or agile methodologies.

• Implement Bloom’s Taxonomy to formulate learning objectives, assessments, and educational curricula.

• Design modular learning solutions catering to diverse personas and varying experience levels.

• Establish enablement programs for PLM, ERP, and manufacturing software.

• Incorporate AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to facilitate personalized in-product learning.

• Create AI-driven microlearning modules, tutorials, and prompt libraries.

• Construct student-ready course frameworks within the learning management system.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content suitable for engineers, QA professionals, executives, and other roles.

• Design onboarding and upskilling initiatives to support enterprise-wide software adoption.

• Ensure training aligns with product advancements through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams.

• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to shape strategic direction.

• Lead change management initiatives and training efforts for organizational transformation.

• Employ communication strategies to enhance engagement and minimize adoption challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), or enterprise enablement.

• Demonstrated capability in developing digital learning solutions for enterprise software audiences.

• Experience in designing or integrating AI tools into the learning design process, including Claude Code agents, ChatGPT, Codex, and prompt libraries.

• Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies, including Agile and SAM, along with adult learning theories.

• Proficient in using Articulate 360, Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar tools.

• Familiar with LMS platforms, xAPI, SCORM, and learning analytics.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.

• Background in software implementation, change management, or enterprise digital transformation.

• Experience in creating certification programs, onboarding pathways, learning paths, or product training for SaaS solutions.

• Candidates must reside in Poland.
