Trainer – Learning Facilitator, HR – Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific online instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Design, plan, and deliver captivating lessons employing a range of teaching and learning methodologies.

• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance instructional and teaching materials.

• Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.

• Assist course participants in achieving successful learning outcomes.

• Aid participants in the targeted development of their professional skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or equivalent further training.

• Several years of hands-on experience in human resources management, particularly in employment law.

• A teaching qualification, such as the AEVO trainer certification, is preferred.

• A passion for imparting practical knowledge and making complex topics easily understandable.

• A structured, independent, and dependable work style.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language at C2 level.
