This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Design and lead global HR operations.
β’ Manage high-volume recruitment and swift onboarding processes across the US, Latin America, and the Philippines.
β’ Implement performance management, compensation planning, and retention strategies for hourly, remote call center professionals.
β’ Collaborate with operations and technology teams to integrate tools that enhance HR workflows.
β’ Navigate the complexities of international labor laws, payroll, and cultural differences.
β’ Oversee vendor relationships to ensure operational compliance in all regions of operation.
β’ Lead the assessment, implementation, and enhancement of HRIS tools.
β’ Promote best practices for asynchronous communication and initiatives for remote engagement.
β’ Develop and define the People function within a rapidly expanding global BPO.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
β’ Ideally, experience in a BPO or a rapidly scaling remote startup.
β’ Proven ability to manage a large, distributed hourly workforce across various time zones.
β’ Extensive knowledge of labor markets in Latin America and the Philippines.
β’ Multi-country HR leadership experience, preferably supporting both the US and the Philippines.
β’ Strong grasp of regional employment practices and compliance.
β’ Experience in BPO/Shared Services/GCC environments.
β’ Proven record in high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations.
β’ Strategic HR leadership experience aligned with business goals.
β’ Strong HR Generalist background with comprehensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
β’ Current organizational level: Senior Director or Assistant Vice President (AVP), or equivalent.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading regional or global HR teams.
β’ Proven experience in driving organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning across multiple regions.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.
β’ Experience collaborating with executive leadership.
β’ Highly adaptable, comfortable with uncertainty, and possessing a builder mentality.
β’ Operational mindset centered on business outcomes, customer lifetime value, and agent resolution rates.
β’ Ability to utilize workforce analytics to reduce attrition, enhance labor efficiency, and forecast talent requirements.
β’ Deep understanding of modern HR technology stacks.
β’ Knowledge of UKG is a significant advantage.
