This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact and a reliable HR resource for Silverchairians.
β’ Assess and address employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, time tracking, and PTO.
β’ Offer feedback and coaching assistance to both employees and managers.
β’ Oversee global onboarding processes, employee separations, exit interviews, offboarding, and communications.
β’ Manage HR-related initiatives and ensure alignment between people strategies and business goals.
β’ Serve as an ADP super user for payroll, pre-boarding, onboarding, performance evaluations, goal setting, configurations, and reporting.
β’ Ensure the integrity of HRIS data across ADP, the employer-of-record portal, and Zoho.
β’ Process US semi-monthly payroll and non-US monthly payroll; review contractor payment submissions.
β’ Administer US benefits, open enrollment, time-off programs, and leave-of-absence initiatives.
β’ Oversee the employer-of-record relationship and manage the international employee lifecycle across six supported countries.
β’ Coordinate changes in international pay, leave programs, time-off tracking, audits, and compliance matters.
β’ Assist with quarterly performance reviews, goal setting, and development for high-potential employees.
β’ Support employee engagement strategies, cultural initiatives, staff surveys, and the Silverchair Advisory Group.
β’ Utilize analytics and AI tools such as Claude to enhance HR programs and workflows.
β’ Maintain PeopleOps Confluence pages and manage the bi-weekly Silverchair Digest.
β’ Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, EEO standards, and conduct market compensation analysis.
β’ Over 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager in a small to medium-sized global technology firm.
β’ Experience supporting operations in a remote-first setting across various countries and time zones.
β’ Proven track record of being a trusted HR resource with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
β’ Hands-on experience with ADP (mandatory).
β’ Familiarity with ClearCompany is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience in managing payroll processes across multiple states.
β’ Background in benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, reporting, audits, and vendor relations.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
β’ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Expertise in performance coaching and providing constructive feedback.
β’ Experience and skills in change management.
β’ Cross-cultural competency across diverse cultures, regions, and time zones.
β’ Strong project management capabilities.
β’ Experience in utilizing HR analytics for informed decision-making and enhancing people programs.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ HR certifications are considered a valuable asset.
β’ Proven ability to responsibly integrate AI tools, including Claude, into HR workflows.
