This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitates training sessions for employees on product and technology features, operational procedures, client tools, and essential soft skills.

• Develops and refreshes introductory training materials and courses tailored to client or internal requirements.

• Structures training content in a logical sequence for effective delivery.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure content is up-to-date and impactful.

• Prepares and reviews training resources and materials for sessions.

• Gathers feedback from participants regarding training effectiveness.

• Conducts train-the-trainer workshops as needed.

• Analyzes, generates, and disseminates training reports.

• Mentors fellow trainers and allocates tasks as necessary.

• Completes assigned tasks while guiding colleagues and team members.

• Suggests enhancements to processes and methodologies.

• Performs additional responsibilities as required.
