Job Readiness Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee various course curriculums, conducting 1–2 full-day training sessions weekly.

• Instruct on employability subjects such as CV preparation for Germany, interview techniques, job hunting strategies, and effective use of LinkedIn.

• Deliver training on soft skills encompassing conflict resolution, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and understanding workplace culture.

• Provide guidance tailored to German employment standards.

• Offer constructive feedback to students and assign brief challenges.

• Compile a concise weekly report on outcomes.

• Conduct Job Readiness sessions in English for international talent entering the German job market.

• Assist mid-career professionals in their career development and job search processes.

• Aid learners in crafting German-ready CVs and enhancing their LinkedIn profiles.

• Prepare candidates for interviews, including soft skills assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Germany in HR/recruiting, coaching, or hiring partnerships.

• Demonstrated facilitation abilities in areas related to job readiness or employability.

• Strong collection of relevant training materials or guides.

• Proficient in English with solid German language skills.

• Dependable setup for delivering live sessions.

• Availability to commence either immediately or in January 2027.

• Status as a freelancer or independent contractor.

• 12-month contract duration.

• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.

• Training sessions scheduled one to two days per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
