Trainer / Instructor – Retraining Instructor for IT Specialist (System Integration)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific lessons from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a diverse range of instructional techniques to craft lessons.

• Create and develop lesson-related educational materials in line with the curriculum.

• Carry out competency evaluations.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional skills and adapting to the job market.

• Represent the subject area with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Serve as a content contributor and learning facilitator in the design of courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Proficiency in configuring and administering Microsoft Servers.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V).

• Knowledge of Linux is an asset.

• Genuine interest in and capability to incorporate AI and ChatGPT into teaching.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is beneficial.

• Evidence of pedagogical qualifications, such as a trainer certification in accordance with AEVO.

• Methodical and didactic skills in delivering educational content.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, showcasing a high degree of personal accountability.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for teamwork.

• Excellent command of German as the primary language of instruction (C2 level).
