Mid-Level Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a support analyst and facilitate the period-end closing process.

• Oversee billing deliverables.

• Guarantee that finalized results are presented without any data or value discrepancies or inconsistencies.

• Address tickets related to billing issues.

• Reduce customer impact.

• Attain 100% SLA compliance for billing incidents and requests.

• Develop and improve healthcare solutions utilizing people, technology, and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server.

• Intermediate skills in Excel.

• Experience in data analysis.

• Understanding of programming logic.

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch (a skill that could give you a competitive edge).
