Trainer / Instructor for Vocational Retraining as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize a range of teaching methods to effectively structure and deliver lessons

• Create and develop course-related learning materials aligned with the curriculum

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competencies

• Advocate for the subject area with enthusiasm and foresight

• Assist participants in developing skills and integrating into the job market

• Design and deliver lessons as both a subject-matter expert and a learning facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration or a similar qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Proven experience in configuring and managing Microsoft servers

• Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V); knowledge of Linux is a plus

• Keen interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the capability to integrate these into teaching effectively

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is a plus

• Proof of pedagogical qualifications, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in conveying educational content

• Independent, organized work style combined with a high level of personal accountability

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork

• Proficient in German, the medium of instruction (C2 level)
