Trainer / Instructor for Career Retraining as an IT Specialist in Application Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ diverse teaching methodologies to create and deliver effective lessons.

• Develop and prepare educational materials that align with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the growth of learners' competencies.

• Represent the subject area with enthusiasm and foresight.

• Encourage the professional growth of course participants.

• Serve as a source of insights and facilitate learning.

• Assist individuals in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a similar qualification.

• A minimum of five years of verifiable professional experience.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in various domains of software development and information technology.

• In-depth understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Practical experience in software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

• Familiarity with databases and SQL.

• Understanding of software architecture and design principles.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.

• Proficiency in operating systems, system architecture, and security practices.

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level).

• Proven pedagogical qualifications, such as an instructor certificate under the German AEVO standard.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content.

• Independent and structured work approach, coupled with a high level of personal accountability.

• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is a plus.

• Interest and capability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into instruction.
