Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Evaluate data on training effectiveness and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for ongoing enhancement.

• Create and uphold learning dashboards, KPIs, and success metrics that align with organizational objectives.

• Assess business processes, employee skill gaps, and operational patterns to suggest learning interventions.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to refine training programs, workflows, and knowledge management strategies.

• Oversee corrective and preventive measures concerning training effectiveness and competency development.

• Promote standardization and best practices within Global Project Management training initiatives.

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of learning programs by utilizing feedback from learners, knowledge evaluations, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Propose enhancements based on training performance data and organizational requirements.

• Act as a training functional advisor on process excellence or functional projects that affect Global Project Management.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and manage onboarding training plans and resources.

• Design, organize, create, deliver, and oversee training plans and resources for strategic change management projects.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of successful Labcorp CLS functional team experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business process enhancement, change management, or organizational development initiatives.

• Proficient in English.

• Possible travel of up to 5% of the time.

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• PMP, CAPM, or project management training.

• Change Management certification.

• Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS).

• Background in training and coaching education (Remote and Adult Learning).
