Trainer for Building Life Cycle Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Assist in the enhancement of participants' skills and competencies.

• Employ a diverse range of teaching strategies to design and deliver lessons.

• Create and develop educational materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Execute Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for both residential and non-residential buildings.

• Share case studies from projects, training experiences, or reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and facilitate learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering.

• Several years of professional experience in building assessments aligned with QNG and under the Climate-Friendly New Construction program.

• Experience in preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments with tools like Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer.

• Additional certification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings.

• Recognition as an energy efficiency expert.

• Proficient command of the instruction language, German (C2 level).

• Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or case study communication.

• Strong methodological and pedagogical skills for effectively delivering educational content.

• Independent and structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility.
