This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in alignment with contract obligations and MTM policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of all facilities, clinics, and organizations within the designated market.
• Supervise interactions to enhance service quality, boost self-service usage, minimize complaints, and manage risks, both in-person and virtually.
• Develop strategic outreach plans based on market analysis.
• Assess daily facility interactions based on relevant data.
• Create tailored presentations, training materials, and resource guides that meet market demands.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and contract stipulations.
• Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of necessary outputs.
• Identify, document, and address systemic issues leading to service failures or complaints while formulating solutions.
• Advocate for MTM self-service functionalities to relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in meetings, town halls, training sessions, health fairs, and information-sharing activities.
• Analyze reports and present insights to enhance stakeholder experience and contract adherence.
• Develop and implement processes in collaboration with on-site and corporate stakeholders.
• Provide continuous support to external stakeholders, including clinicians and social workers.
• Offer on-site support for implementations, acquisitions, contract expansions, and crisis management.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables to both internal and external parties.
• Analyze complaint data and reporting to recommend educational and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Quality Ops on internal reporting related to facility complaints, resolutions, and actions taken.
• Address facility issues, devise solutions, and work collaboratively towards resolution.
• Train external stakeholders on relevant processes and systems.
• Evaluate external learner satisfaction, knowledge retention, and skills transfer.
• Assess the effectiveness of outreach events using creative and standardized methods.
• Provide assistance on special projects as required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience in training others.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in challenging situations to devise reasonable solutions.
• Proficient in building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exhibits professional demeanor.
• Ability to convey complex topics clearly and engagingly, while highlighting the significance of the content.
