This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide specialized instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies to create engaging lessons
• Develop and prepare educational materials that align with the curriculum
• Conduct assessments to evaluate competencies
• Assist course participants in enhancing their skills as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
• Represent the billing and practice management sector within dental practices
• Aid individuals in broadening their professional skills and transitioning into the job market
• Completed vocational training or a university degree
• A minimum of two years of professional experience, including expertise in billing
• Demonstrated knowledge of practice management that is ready for training
• Familiarity with the guidelines set by the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) and contracts for patients under statutory health insurance (SHI)
• Understanding of billing practices in dental offices in accordance with EBM (BEMA) and GOÄ/GOZ
• Proficiency in dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management
• Extensive knowledge of digital healthcare and health technologies
• Initial experience in teaching or training, including in-house sessions, workshops, or seminars
• Proof of pedagogical competence, such as AEVO certification or at least one year of experience in adult education
• Strong methodological and didactic capabilities in delivering educational content
• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability
• Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson planning
• Proficient German language skills at C2 level, as the medium of instruction
