Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide C-sUAS training courses and events within the National Capital Region utilizing JCU-validated content.

• Manage logistics, facilities, and scheduling for Counter-sUAS training in the NCR.

• Collaborate with local units, agencies, and stakeholders on C-sUAS training needs.

• Maintain training records and report progress to the Training Operations Coordinator and MTT Synchronization Cell.

• Assist in curriculum delivery, student assessment, and proficiency validation in accordance with Joint C-UAS University standards.

• Ensure that NCR training aligns with enterprise C-sUAS doctrine while accommodating local requirements.

• Provide support for surge or special-event training in line with Domestic Shield and JIATF-401 priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in instructional or training coordination.

• Experience in Counter-UAS, base defense, or related fields is preferred.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Preferred experience working with organizations in the National Capital Region.

• Strong skills in coordination and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with NCR training facilities, protocols, and interagency partners.

• Experience in delivering both technical and operational training.
