Trainer for Freight Forwarding and Logistics, Customs, and Foreign Trade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Create engaging, practice-focused lessons employing a variety of teaching techniques.

• Develop and prepare educational materials aligned with the curriculum.

• Conduct competency evaluations.

• Assist participants in their journey towards a successful professional career.

• Encourage self-directed learning in alignment with Learning 4.0 principles.

• Provide specialized knowledge in a digital, interactive format with a strong emphasis on practical application.

• Address individual learning requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, and foreign trade.

• Significant professional experience in import and export operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of customs and foreign trade regulations, along with customs-related processes.

• Hands-on experience with the IT-ATLAS procedure and preferably DAKOSY.

• Background in teaching or training.

• Strong methodological and instructional capabilities, with the enthusiasm and ability to convey complex topics clearly, practically, and engagingly.

• Excellent German language proficiency at the C2 level.

• Ideally, certification in pedagogical qualifications, such as in accordance with AEVO.
