Trainees as IT Trainers/Instructors for IT Specialists in System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 12-month trainee program designed to prepare you for a position as an IT trainer/instructor.

• Benefit from professional and methodological-didactic guidance provided by seasoned colleagues.

• Conduct IT training in line with the learning areas specified in the IHK framework curriculum, focusing on IT specialists in system integration.

• Instruct on IT workplace equipment, encompassing both hardware and software.

• Educate on current server and client operating systems for Windows and/or Linux.

• Deliver lessons on networking technology, including network topologies, components, interconnection devices, protocols, and OSI layer models.

• Provide instruction on virtualization and cloud computing.

• Automate administrative processes utilizing PowerShell and Bash.

• Teach IT security concepts, including types of attacks, firewalls, DMZs, encryption, and VPNs.

• Instruct on data protection in compliance with GDPR and data security standards.

• Acquire foundational skills in training delivery through online trainer development courses.

• Actively contribute to the design of IT retraining programs and prepare for emerging teaching areas.

• Possess a reliable and team-oriented work ethic.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex topics to others.

• Strong affinity for and enthusiasm regarding IT subjects.

• Technical background in system integration, such as a qualification as an IT specialist in system integration, equivalent training, additional IT education or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant professional experience.

• Proficient German language skills, at least at the C1 level.

• Applications from candidates without an IT qualification are also encouraged.

• Strong motivation to pursue a career as a trainer.
