Trainee IT Trainer/Instructor for IT Specialists in System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 12-month trainee program designed to equip you for a career as an IT trainer.

• Conduct IT training across learning areas aligned with the IHK framework curriculum, primarily focusing on IT Specialist for System Integration training.

• Instruct on subjects such as IT workstation equipment, server and client operating systems, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, administration automation, IT security, data protection, and data security.

• Actively participate in the creation of IT retraining programs.

• Achieve the IHK trainer qualification and engage in online training development for trainers.

• Dependable and collaborative work ethic.

• Ability to articulate complex subjects clearly and a passion for presenting.

• Strong interest and enthusiasm for IT-related topics.

• Technical expertise in system integration, such as being an IT Specialist for System Integration, through equivalent vocational training, IT further education or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant professional experience.

• Excellent proficiency in German, at least at the C1 level.
