Front-end Systems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of web system development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Assess both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Convert business needs and user stories into effective, clean technical solutions.

• Maintain code quality through Clean Code principles, SOLID design, automated testing, and thorough code reviews.

• Upgrade and support existing software, identifying technical limitations and recommending refactoring strategies.

• Actively address complex issues.

• Perform impact assessments, weighing advantages and disadvantages.

• Suggest efficient architectural solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Next.js, including App Router, SSR, Server Actions, and Middleware.

• Proven experience in creating reusable components, utilizing the Compound Components pattern, and working with Storybook.

• Familiarity with modular environments using pnpm Workspaces and Turborepo.

• Proficient in writing unit tests with Vitest, emphasizing code coverage.

• Hands-on application of Clean Code principles.

• Understanding of Git, GitFlow, Merge Requests/Pull Requests, and Conventional Commits using Commitlint/Husky.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.

• Capability to interpret and extract tokens and layouts from Figma.

• Previous experience in the financial services or Internet Banking sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of web security protocols, including CSP headers, security tokens/modules, and RSA/AES encryption, is a plus.

• Proficiency with VS Code, Node.js v20+, pnpm, Postman, Insomnia, Figma, Storybook, Jira, and Confluence.
