This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CribMaster hardware and software solutions at client locations.
• Help with deployments, upkeep, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Address customer needs and prepare necessary data.
• Provide on-demand technical support as required.
• Understand how CribMaster solutions enable customers to manage tools, enhance visibility, and support vital operations.
• Travel frequently, often on a weekly basis, to various customer locations throughout the UK, EMEA, and beyond as your skills develop.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
• Develop practical skills in technology, troubleshooting, customer engagement, and self-directed knowledge enhancement.
• No prior installation or technical experience is necessary; this role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their career.
• A keen interest in hands-on work and a willingness to enhance mechanical skills through training.
• A strong enthusiasm for technology, hardware, software, tools, systems, and understanding their functionality.
• Capability to adhere to instructions, checklists, safety protocols, and structured training materials.
• A readiness to acquire basic problem-solving abilities and to escalate issues rather than attempting to resolve complex challenges independently.
• A commitment to expanding knowledge through training, self-study, shadowing, practical experience, and receiving feedback.
• Clear and courteous communication skills, with the ability to seek assistance when necessary.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Awareness of safety, professionalism, and appropriate conduct.
• A positive attitude towards essential, frequent travel and providing customer support on short notice.
• Eligibility for access to export-controlled defense technology and restricted customer environments, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Ideally possess a valid driving license or have the willingness to work towards obtaining one.
