Trainee Creative Director, Social Media Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative concepts and ideas for social media advertising videos.

• Strategically plan and organize shoots with meticulous attention to detail.

• Seek out actors and oversee the review and management of applications.

• Develop clear and concise briefs.

• Coordinate the necessary props.

• Assist in identifying suitable locations for shoots.

• Present concepts during client meetings following the onboarding phase.

• Collaborate with a diverse array of clients, ranging from startups to large corporations.

• Assume responsibility from the very first day.

• Ability to think conceptually and possess robust organizational skills.

• Confident interpersonal communication with clients and team members.

• Capacity to maintain organization while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in an agency setting, directing, or creative direction is highly desirable.

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, or digital media.

• Initial professional experience is preferred.

• A strong motivation and drive to excel and embrace new learning opportunities.

• Ability to work autonomously and a willingness to learn.

• Interest in creating and disseminating social media advertising content.

• Knowledge of consumer psychology.
