Marketing and Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.

• Design and curate captivating social media content.

• Generate innovative concepts for posts, campaigns, and social media strategies.

• Organize and manage digital files, ensuring social media assets are orderly and easily accessible.

• Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.

• Provide support for Meta advertising and paid social media initiatives when necessary.

• Track social media activity, engagement levels, and overall performance.

• Maintain a consistent social media presence and adhere to content schedules.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance social media content and boost engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).

• Prior experience in managing social media accounts or producing social media content.

• A creative mindset capable of crafting engaging and pertinent content.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in digital file and content management.

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

• Capability to handle multiple social media platforms while ensuring consistent messaging and branding.

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Proficient in English with excellent teamwork abilities.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising is highly desirable.

• Basic knowledge of social media performance and engagement metrics is advantageous.
