This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of comment moderation and responses for all active partner advertising campaigns.
β’ Address inquiries from prospects using established response guidelines and each partnerβs tone.
β’ Direct operational, policy, and other variable questions to the suitable team.
β’ Determine what content to conceal, retain, or escalate while safeguarding partner brand integrity.
β’ Recognize and report on emerging trends, unexpected question surges, unclear ad content, or unusual partner interest.
β’ Ensure clean and consistent tagging of posts for precise reporting.
β’ Enhance the response playbook by pinpointing gaps and new opportunities.
β’ Serve as the representative for university partners in public, real-time comments on live advertising campaigns.
β’ Report to the Senior Enrollment Manager.
β’ Previous experience in social or community moderation, preferably in paid social settings.
β’ Familiarity with moderation platforms such as NapCat, Sprout, Hootsuite, Agorapulse, Khoros, or similar tools.
β’ Proficient in spreadsheet management and tagging practices.
β’ A keen interest in higher education, workforce development, or edtech is an advantage.
β’ Capability to respond within 2β4 hours.
β’ Ability to work autonomously.
β’ Strong communication skills.
β’ Flexible remote work arrangement.
β’ Part-time contract position.
β’ Approximately 12β16 hours of work per week.
