This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive scheduling process while allocating suitable resources.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to produce daily status updates and manage project scheduling or rescheduling.
• Oversee projects and planning systems to guarantee accurate resource assignments and load balancing.
• Supervise outsourced projects that involve studios, photographers, and illustrators.
• Design and revise an annual project roadmap/forecast calendar.
• Establish best practices for trafficking and scheduling while identifying areas for process enhancement.
• Assist Project Managers with the trafficking of artwork files and the routing of vendor contract proofs.
• Aid the Group Account Director in preparing quarterly business reviews, KPI reports, and visual data presentations.
• Maintain consolidated status reports across Project Management, Design, and Production teams.
• Support Project Managers in gathering project details, dielines, print specifications, and material samples.
• Facilitate communication of internal and external inquiries among client and project management teams.
• Address or escalate issues related to accounts, project management, design, and production.
• Assess workflow balance and communicate capacity or resource requirements.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project deliverables, progress, risks, and evolving priorities.
• Diploma from a college or university in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in Account Management or Traffic.
• Experience within a dynamic, high-volume CPG/Retail, creative/design agency environment.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple projects at once.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong comprehension of trafficking, project management, and the CPG packaging design lifecycle.
• Experience in delivering client-centered solutions that align with business requirements.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office products.
• Skilled in project management and artwork management routing systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and knowledge of best practices in design/project management workflows.
