Traffic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the central hub for the Marketing Services’ ClickUp queue.

• Manage the daily task queue and identify blocked tasks to prevent missed deadlines.

• Create ClickUp dashboards that display task statuses, blockers, and overdue items.

• Take ownership of daily traffic management and resolve blocked or stalled tasks within an established SLA.

• Follow up on missing information from onboarding managers, Marketing Services team members, and PSMs.

• Develop dashboards and traffic processes into the team's authoritative source for task status.

• Highlight systemic bottlenecks to the relevant owner using data insights.

• Enhance task turnaround times and minimize aged tasks and ad hoc Slack status inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• This role is exclusively available to individuals based in the Philippines.

• Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or as an operational “glue” person.

• Capability to quickly become proficient in ClickUp, HubSpot, and the CSP.

• Experience in creating dashboards or reporting views that are actively utilized.

• Ability to differentiate between individual stuck tasks and broader systemic bottlenecks.

• A keen interest in and willingness to leverage AI tools within workflows.
