Traffic Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, update, maintain, and support dialer operations.

• Assess reporting tools and their delivery methods.

• Supervise agents within a dialer environment.

• Modify dialer and agent configurations.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and functionality of reports.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement and suggest improvements.

• Promote communication and collaboration across countries and cultures in all regions.

• Provide assistance in project-related tasks as needed.

• Serve as a backup for other team members in the Operations Strategy Department.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive information.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report directly to the Operational Strategy Manager.

• No supervisory duties are required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located remotely in Colombia only.

• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is advantageous.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Competence in MS Office is necessary.

• Strong time management skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to navigate systems for extended periods.

• Quad Core processor meeting specified Intel or AMD standards, with a minimum speed of 2.0 GHz.

• 16 GB of system memory is required.

• 512 GB SSD is mandatory.

• USB headset is necessary for communication.

• Dual monitors with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 are required.

• Windows 11 PRO operating system is necessary.

• A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed, 20 Mbps upload speed, and a ping of less than 150 ms is required.

• Availability is required Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US CST.
