Traditional Chinese AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop original multiple-choice questions in Traditional Chinese covering a wide range of general knowledge topics.

• Create challenging exam-style questions that assess reasoning, applied knowledge, and understanding of subjects.

• Generate ten answer options for each question, designating one correct response and plausible alternatives.

• Offer clear and structured worked solutions that elucidate the correct answers and the rationale behind them.

• Examine questions for accuracy in terms of facts, language, structure, and formatting.

• Rectify unclear wording, ambiguities, and inconsistencies.

• Create high-quality content in Traditional Chinese for AI evaluation and training datasets.

• Operate independently on project-based consulting assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant academic field.

• Approximately 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.

• A broad general knowledge base and strong analytical reasoning abilities.

• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese at a native level.

• Education or residency in Taiwan or Hong Kong.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work independently.

• Ability to create challenging and innovative assessment content.

• Experience in education, assessment design, research, technical writing, or content evaluation is a plus.

• Work must be executed without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, institutions, or third parties.
