Lead Consultant, AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving pivotal strategic projects related to AI, automation, and innovation, playing a crucial role in their execution and scaling.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Escalent's products, tools, solutions, and technological roadmap to steer AI initiatives, workflows, features, and products.

• Connect findings and recommendations to anticipated business outcomes.

• Present insights and recommendations, articulating the approach and rationale, to business teams.

• Collaborate in the development, implementation, and scaling strategies with technology, development, and product teams.

• Utilize low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development tools to create tools or agents where appropriate.

• Design and co-implement alpha and beta testing strategies along with internal/external rollout plans.

• Conduct alpha testing of products, features, and agents by evaluating edge cases.

• Organize demonstrations, show-and-tells, and lunch-and-learn sessions for both internal and external audiences.

• Provide guidance to teams on the effective, efficient, and ethical use of AI.

• Discover AI and innovation tools through desk research and internal engagement.

• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate functionality, use-case applicability, and commercial potential.

• Work with Compliance and IT to assess and approve tools.

• Devise trial programs and obtain testing licenses.

• Collaborate with domain, functional, and corporate teams to evaluate tool efficiency and value.

• Keep track of developments, trends, and product/model launches in AI and innovation.

• Prepare and enhance documentation related to AI processes, guidelines, and protocols.

• Create self-learning materials, tool one-pagers, decision flowcharts, and SharePoint content.

• Contribute to AI upskilling initiatives through the development of materials and facilitation of sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA / Post Graduation from a prestigious management institution.

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering Strategic Research & Insights projects across various industries, with a focus on international markets.

• Proven experience leading project-based initiatives and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong background in internal process innovation and automation.

• Some familiarity with cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Practical experience with AI and innovative tools; ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies.

• Exposure to Qualitative and Quantitative Primary Research, Desk Research, and Process Analytics/Innovation (preferred).

• Experience in low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development and collaborating with tech/development/product teams (strong advantage).
