Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding market activities.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Deliver tailored support through incoming client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Offer trading assistance, education, and mentorship to investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to acquire it within 90 days is required.

• Prior experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field.

• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Familiarity with securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy guidelines while providing precise and compliant support to clients.

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and confidence.

• Consultative approach to identifying client needs and suggesting suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Strong communication and active listening abilities, with the capacity to convey complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
