This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market trends and intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making well-informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored support through incoming client interactions.

• Foster trust, enhance client loyalty, and identify chances to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and industry regulations in client discussions.

• Offer trading assistance, education, and mentorship as a member of Fidelity’s Client Services team.

• Aid investors in navigating market conditions to meet their financial objectives across various market environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the capability to acquire it within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capacity to apply regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset to uncover client needs and recommend suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the ability to clarify complex investment and trading concepts effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when handling transactions and client requests.

• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch location at the time of application.
