This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market fluctuations and intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support through incoming client interactions.

• Cultivate trust, enhance client loyalty, and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations during client discussions.

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship within Fidelity’s Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days is required.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a comparable field.

• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant support to clients.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative approach in identifying client needs and proposing suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to clarify complex investment and trading concepts effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of approved branch locations at the time of application.
