Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Guide clients through various market activities

• Execute intricate securities transactions

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices

• Provide tailored support via inbound client interactions

• Establish trust and enhance client loyalty

• Identify and connect clients with supplementary products and solutions

• Simplify complex financial-market concepts for meaningful client discussions

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship through Fidelity’s Client Services team

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry changes

• Understanding of securities transactions, encompassing equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capacity to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing precise and compliant assistance to clients

• Ability to guide clients in their trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance

• Consultative mindset to uncover client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to clarify complex investment and trading concepts

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of the designated Carmel and Indianapolis branch locations at the time of application

• Must not require immigration sponsorship
