Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities and intricate securities transactions.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support through incoming client communications.

• Foster trust, enhance client loyalty, and identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services.

• Deliver trading assistance, education, and mentorship to aid investors in navigating the markets.

• Ensure accurate and compliant processing of client transactions while adhering to regulatory and policy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license or the ability to secure one within 90 days is necessary.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area is required.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy guidelines while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Proficient in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to elucidate complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of designated Austin branch locations at the time of application.
