Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Provide guidance to clients on market activities.

• Execute intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them to make informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored support through incoming client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Clarify complex financial market concepts during client discussions.

• Supply trading assistance, education, and mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days is required.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients in trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and recommend suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, with the capacity to clearly explain complex investment and trading concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of approved branch locations at the time of application.
