Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market movements and assist with their investment choices.

• Handle intricate securities transactions efficiently.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support during incoming client interactions.

• Foster trust, enhance client loyalty, and recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Clarify complex financial-market and trading concepts through engaging and relatable client discussions.

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship within Fidelity's Client Services division.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to secure it within 90 days is required.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar domain.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry updates.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to implement regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, with the skill to articulate complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in processing transactions and addressing client requests.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform adeptly in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Primary residence must be located within a 90-mile radius of the designated Columbus branch site at the time of application.

• Must not require immigration sponsorship.
