Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through various market activities.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Offer personalized support through inbound client communications.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services.

• Provide trading support, education, and mentorship to help investors navigate the markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license or the ability to acquire one within 90 days is required.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is essential.

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments.

• Familiarity with securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• A consultative mindset to uncover client needs and recommend suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities, including the capacity to clarify complex investment and trading concepts effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius from approved branch locations: Cleveland West, Cleveland East, and Fairlawn at the time of application.
