Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities and intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making well-informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored support via incoming client communications.

• Foster trust, enhance client loyalty, and discover opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading products, industry regulations, and client engagement.

• Provide trading assistance, education, and mentorship within Fidelity’s Client Services organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the capability to obtain it within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry changes.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, which includes equities, options, mutual funds, fixed-income securities, and precious metals.

• Ability to implement regulatory and policy requirements while providing precise and compliant client support.

• Capacity to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative approach to identifying client needs and proposing the right offerings, support, and solutions.

• Outstanding communication and active listening skills, with the ability to clarify complex investment and trading concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Must live within a 90-mile radius of approved branch locations at the time of application.
