Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Direct clients through market activities and developments.

• Execute intricate securities transactions efficiently.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support during inbound client interactions.

• Establish trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Articulate complex financial-market concepts during meaningful client discussions.

• Deliver trading assistance, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license or the ability to acquire one within 90 days is required.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• A consultative approach to identifying client needs and suggesting suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, including the skill to clarify complex investment and trading concepts in an understandable manner.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in processing transactions and managing client requests.

• Proficient problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the approved Henderson branch site at the time of application.
